As I neared completion of my degree, I noticed significant gaps in my education. Chuck is an attempt to overcome them.

Some of those gaps were:

• Designing for sheet metal manufacture

• Making decisions according to tight budget constraints and high material costs

• Collaborating with vendors and engineers

And, Chuck is a full-circle project as I leave college. It’s inspired by those loved ones to whom I credit my creativity and love of making.
